HELP... do I say something to her???

Ok might be a touchy subject but im finding it hard to keep my gob shut. A girl my OH knows is the same age as us (21) She was going round telling everyone that she was pregnant with her exs baby and really wanted to keep it etc. Anyway shes with a new partner (shes a bit of a slut) and just told everyone that shes had an abortion because she didnt want to bring the baby up into a crule world blah blah blah.

Anyway getting to the point....

This girl to me has obviously made up having an abortion for attention, because when you ask her details about it, they just arnt right. She says she had an abortion at 6 weeks and they made her wait 2 weeks just for an appointment and then another 3 weeks after that to be booked in for the abortion. After the so-called abortion shes says 2 weeks later that she is still in so much pain from it. The childish cow has also put up on her myspace all about her 'abortion'

I dont know why this is getting to me so much. I should let leave her be. If she wants to lie and make things up like that, then thats up to her. But I cant... i feel I HAVE to say something to her. Ive had an abortion and wouldnt dream of bragging about it like she does. Just feels like shes taking the pee out of everyone thats been in a real abortion situation.
OH thinks i should just leave it and not say anything..... but im not that type of person. Help

If she's not your friend, I wouldn't say anything unless you run into her and she brings it up.
If you don't know her that we'll she'll just tell you to keep out of it.

Wait till she brings it up infront of you then tell her...that's what I'd do anyway
