Help...Clear blue control Window???

I took a clear blue today and put the test straight in my bag (didn't realise I should have left it still)

The control window said it hadn't worked. I then went back to the bag I had left the test in which is now on the kitchen table. Control window said test has worked and its positive.?

I am a few days late
I have tender breasts, a bit of discharge and slight cramps.
