Help! Advice needed!

I'm wondering whether or not i am pregnant. symptoms so far...

Spotting around one week after ovulation.
Increased vaginal discharge.
Nausea and some episodes of vomitting
Dizziness when standing up

However to date all the pregnancy tests are negative. my cycle is usually 37-40 days. my first day of my last period was the 20th may so it may be too early to test.

but this morning when i woke up i went to the loo and there was a spot of blood so i thought i had come on and put a tampon in. but when i just checked it is dry (sorry for being disgusting)

does it sound like i am? i'm so sick of waiting to test.

Wow it must be an agonising wait, having to wait a whole 40 days each month to see if you are pregnant. I don't envy you!

The symptoms certainly do sound very good, but it looks like waiting is all you can do, for a bit longer. grrrrr it must infuriate you.

I will keep everything crossed for you. let us know how you get on.

i came on this morning, or at least i think i did. the blood was red at first but is now thick brown, like right at the end of a period. the whole day has been different to a normal period.
Normaly the first day is very heavy and the cramps are so bad i can barely walk. today i have cramps but they are very barable and i have no need to wear a tampon at the moment.

i'm very confused

does this mean i'm not pregnant?
or could it be implantation bleeding?
even though i had light spotting (brown) two weeks ago

please help if you have advice,
