Help!!! Advice needed

For the past 2 hours ive been experiencing pain in my stomach, like strong cramps that come and go, anyway before i was in the kitchen making some soup and went really lightheaded and next thing i found myself on my side on the kitchen floor, what should I do? Still experiencing pain and discomfort when sitting down

Ring the labour ward hun they will probably want you to go up so they can check you over it is probably one of those pregnancy niggles but best to be safe. Try not to worry hun (easy to say I know)

hi hun...not sure but it sounds to me like u have a LOW blood pressure! even though u don't normally have LBP but at this stage of pregnancy it's normal to have a period of LBP...it happened to me at around the same stage as u last time and went in few days! but u should call labour ward to be sure and safe

Im feeling ok-ish, just feeling very lightheaded and faint. stomach pains are still present and come and go.

hi hun!
i had this last weeks but without the pains in stomache ...and yess its all down to blood pressure it drops at 20-30 weeks which can cause this ..u may have a urine infection tho because tht can cause pain and sumtimes make you go dizzy x
