heaving feeling down below

i was just tidying up my room and evry since ive felt really heavy down below, i feel like my bits are aching and my backs killing me. i saw my midwife today and she said babys head engaged 4/5, im not really sure what that means is it she can feel 1/5 of the head or 4/5? she dont really explain herself to me.

has anyone else got the feeling i have?

ooh dont say that lol. last night i thought i was in labour, the pain got heavier and bh seamed more painful than ever had done before its gone a little bit now still there just not as painful.

I'm feeling heavier and am 3/5s engaged. I can really tell that she's lower down now. Could be that your little one has started moving down further?
