Heartburn already!!!

This evening I have dull constant heartburn which seems to be gradually worsening. I remember living on gaviscon through my pregnancy with my DS 10 years ago but I'm pretty sure it didn't start until around 12 weeks. I'm only around 4!!! Has anyone found an effective, more natural way to help this?

Thankyou, I've been trying to increase my water intake lately so hopefully that'll ease it off and I'll try milk too!
