Heart Palpitations?!

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well? I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had heart palpitations during pregnancy? I'm 20 weeks and have been having some today for the first time - feels like my heart is beating really hard and sporadically! I notice it more when i am sitting down.....Its seems to come and go. Wanted to know if its something i should be worried about...thanks in advance for replies! xx

Ive had this a few timea. Its proper scary! Almost feels like my heart is gonna pack in or something xxx

I get this!!! I got it even before I was pregnant, it's really quite scary when it happens, I just repeatedly cough and it seems to sort it's self out, feel like its goin to stop at any moment... Freaks me out!!!xxx

I've always had this as I'm a nervey person feels like it skips a couple of beats. I get it when I over do things or have panics etc. your okay just deep breaths in your nose out your mouth that will help you get through it nothing to be scared of xx

Yes I've also had this, it's only happened twice but both times I just sat still and waited and after a minute or so it went and I felt fine and from whati gather it is quite normal in pregnancy. If it is happening a lot may be worth mentioning to your doctor or MW xx

I got this too, I went to my doctor about it because I had high BP with it too and they didnt seem concerned xx

Probably worth checking that your iron levels are ok. I had this when I was anaemic once. I've been taking pregnancy vitamins all the way through so far, especially seeing as I don't eat red meat or chicken. xxx

I had this a while ago my mw said its just due to extra blood flow during pregnancy and not to worry. I get them a bit worse as I am also anaemic due to alpha thalassemia x

I have heart palpating and also SVT which is hear palpitation related had it all my
Life, but is starting to get worse as I'm getting bigger. I find
I can't walk long
Distances without getting slightly
Breathless and dizzy...some
Pregnancy side affects suck!!! X
