is anyone else having headaches? or am i being thick and its part of naseua, could really do with taking a sickie tomorrow off work ugh lol!
Me too, had a couple of strong ones last week. I know we can take paracetamol, I'd just rather not until I need one. I'm certain I've read it's a perfectly normal side effect
Yes! All weekend I had terrible headache and it didn't go away even after paracetamol... ...I can sympathise - I want to pull a sickie too!!! lol xx
I had the worst headache on Monday. I had a bit of a walk in my lunch break and drank lots which seemed to do the trick.
Yeah my midwife said fresh air and water should do the trick... This was AFTER I almost died with the pain lol xx
I suffer from headaches anyway.. and paracetamol don't touch me.. they r useless.. so its a cold flannel and sleep for me. It sucks as nerophen used 2 do the trick for me.
I got heavy horrible headaches during 1st tri as well, later on in pregnancy though they can be a sign of high blood pressure so just keep an eye.
Make sure you stay hydrated. Of course, don't drink bucket loads, but do make sure you get a good daily intake of water as that will help.
