Headaches.

Hey, I'm 13 weeks pregnant and been having headaches since about 7/8 weeks, this past week they seem to be getting worse, is there anyone else with same thing and does anything help to reduce the headaches? Thanks. X

I was the exact same in Tri 1 and going into Tri 2. The only thing that I could do that helped was using one of those 4head sticks!

It was a life saver. Defo worth trying. X

Are you staying well hydrated?
Also, perhaps go get an eye test? Might be coincidental that you need glasses or something x

Thanks ladies, I've had an eye test thought it might of been that but eye sight is perfect apparently, will try the stick where can u get them from? I'm hydrated, head ache is waking me up at night cos it hurts that bad, gonna see what midwife says in a few weeks if it's samexx

4head stick definitely, you can get it at any chemist or supermarket. Quite expensive but will last for ages x
