Headaches? Whats safe to use?

Hi im 10 weeks. Having really sore heads im well hydrated so im not too sure what i can take or do?

Hiya i had headaches early on too an was advised to get a 4head stick as its a homeopathic remedy an quite safe to us im not one for taking painkillets even wen its safe to do so think its not advised before 12weeks xx

Thanks Ladies, i wasnt sure about paracetimol as im still really early. Nausea has passed hurray!!!!!! Didnt knownthe headaches would be next ! I will look for the forehead stick x

Paracetamol is only painkiller allowed - aspirin and ibuprofen are no's.

I don't like taking anything and think the 4Head stick is really good to use instead
