    Maybe it's the bottle of Jack he has? Tell him to take more coke with it....

    BUT in all seriousness, try not to worry - my friends little one had this and she was given exercises for the lag and they worked really well in a few weeks. He didn't have the rolling eyes though - they may not even be related.
