Having to take tablets on empty stomach

Is this necessary? It's saying that I should take my tablets for ibfection in an empty stomach. I have to take four a day spread out evenly and It has to be in empty somach. So two hours after eating and then I can't eat for an hour after taking one! Do they expect me not to eat or something?! The only thing I've had today is toast and I'm starving! F*ck sake ! I am so fed up! I eat at ten then can't eat again til three then can't eat again until seven!!! What planet do some doctors live on!!!!! I'm pregnant!!! :'( :'(
Is it necessary to have on empty stomach?! xxx

Honestly it's just insane! I've now been told than I have to take them every six hours (I had been taken them every four!!!!) so I have to wake up at four in the morning to take one, then another at ten, then another at four in afternoon an then at ten in afternoon!! Ridiculous!! I can't eat or anything!! I am so so majorly fed up!!! :'( xxx
