Has anyone had light bleeding for a week and then it stopped (early pregnancy)?

It's funny I had light bleeding the week of my period. Tested positive. Confirmed HCG blood test at doctor. I bleed about a week since I found out. It stopped a day ago. Doc thinks it was implantation but I'll see if my levels doubled soon. Have you had a similar experience?
