Was wondering if anyone had a successful stretch and sweep

Or what are people's experiences with a s+ s

i had one at 40+3 with my lg at about 7pm and i went into labour at 4am....23 hours later she was born. i didnt think it hurt or anything and wasnt convinced it would work so ate a huge chinese afterward that i really regretted the next day hahah

I've had two unsuccessful sweeps and I'm now 41+2 with baby number 1. This little chap isn't moving anywhere quickly. The only thing I learned was that the midwives felt that I was "ready for labour." I'm ready, cervix is ready, husband is ready. Baby isn't.

i had two sweeps and couple days after the last sweep things happened. Dont get your hopes up after the first one- they are not nice to have, quite uncomfy, but they advise to have lots of sex so the semen starts to thin the membrane!
