Has anyone fallen pregnant on the mini pill?

I have been on the mini pill since I had my youngest who is almost 3.

I just have this niggling feeling. We weren't planning anymore and actually looking into sterilisation. I have no bleeding on the pill to even know if I am late.

My mum got pregnant with me while on the mini pill and breastfeeding my sister... I'm a miracle haha.
