I am looking into other companies, but am very nervous about placing orders

Has anyone bought from either:

lullabys.co.uk or pramworld.co.uk???

What was your experience?

I've bought from Pramworld and they were fab. They used DHL so the bag I bought would have been there in less than a day had I not been out

thanks- what was their after sales care like?
Two left feet seemed to be so good for sales, then after sales is non-existent.

Their price for my packag is £200 more than TLF so I want to know I am getting much better service for that!

I have shopped at Pram World - they delivered really quickly and their prices were great too. Don't know about their aftercare but based on my experience I would think they'd be fine.

Is this from pramworld? We had to wait a week for our double but they were brilliant and always easy to get hold of. Also they were really friendly and always knew who we were and what we were calling about. (we had to make a few calls as we ordered the wrong colour cocoon )

Sorry, I sounded really nosy! OK, I am really nosy but I was also wondering if you could get them from anywhere cheaper. From what I can see even John Lewis looks cheaper than TLF for the chameleon But I may have missed something. I looked there first to compare because they have amazing customer service and always refund/replace with politeness and no hassle if there's a problem. And we often seem to have problems! So our rule is now that if there is not a big difference in price we buy from them. The last thing we got was a car seat and the one we wanted was actually £40 cheaper in John Lewis than Mothercare and no more expensive than we could find online. Some things are more though.

no probs - yeah i ordered before the bugaboo price increase so mine was only 630 for a package including car seat, adaptors and foot muff. Was a good deal as prices have now gone up. I then ordered all of the accessories too.

I guess now that I have had a phone call from TLF with a lay telling me she'll oversee my order, I'll give it a go and see what happens. Fingers crossed I get all my stuff before I leave!

Just out of interest where are you moving to? Some countries like the US are cheaper for the cameleon.

I've used Pramworld and found them excellent to deal with, have been to the shop too which has recently expanded, great for a mooch!
