so my hair is letterbox red... i have an appointment prebooked for next week to have it redone... is it safe to have colour on or do i need to forgo it??

Hi Jojo-Same hair colour as me! I had mine done last week. I was initially worried about this but from what i can gather as long as your not using harsh chemicals its ok. Oh and I think there is a theoretical risk the colour might take differently to your hair due to your hormones. Good luck hun xxx

I have personally carried on as it sounds like the risks are minimal. If you're using Directions, they're semi permanent anyway so even less risk. xxx
