For my SPD ive got a lovley belt thing again lol and she said if im in loads of pain like i was last pregnancy ill have to have crutches (sp). All went ok anyway and ive got to go back next monday
I hope the belt works for you and you don't need crutches. I only had this for a few weeks and found it unbearable, so I can only imagine how you must be feeling. Look after yourself and keep us updated on how you are getting on with the belt. xxx
