Had my first BFP dream last night

Had loads of pregnancy dreams over the last few months but not getting my BFP until now. I think the fact that I went to bed incredibly nauseous with terrible heartburn probably triggered it. Really tender boobs too. unfortunately its just my mind playing tricks on me. 5dpo if I even ovulated at all

I actually had a pregnancy dream few nights ago. In the dream I was carrying twins of course I've never thought of having twins nor does it run in my family. Good luck
