Gutted period came and 5 days early :( please help me ladies

I totally convinced my self I was pregnant this month I just felt it. Yesterday I got my period it was only 23 days from my last 5 days early I'm normally like clockwork.

Now with is its messed up my calender I don't have a clue when I'm ovulating.


When are the best time to try please help me I've read so much info on trying for a baby my head has turned to mush ????

Also to add I asked a question last night and some one said it could be implantation bleeding but its not because its just normal period only a tiny bit lighter soooo gutted

If you have no clue when you're ovulating, you're best to bd every two days throughout your cycle starting as soon as AF is finished. Or you could use ovulation predictor tests and start testing from around cycle day 7. You can also check your own body signs for fertility eg egg white cervical mucus, increased sex drive, ovulation pains etc
