GTT and FBC re-do

hi i went for my GTT and FBC on Tuesday and have recieved a letter from my dr's this morning saying they Have recieved my results and want to do the test again they have sent a precriptions for ferrous fumerate i think it was and told me to rebook for another Full Blood Count and i dont understand why they do this i am panicing alot as you do what do you think this could be

Thats iron tablets sounds like your hb was low so anemia x

Thank you for your reply at least i can get it sorted i just dont understand why i have to repeat the FBC

Might be just to double check the results. Wouldn't worry if concerned ask the gp to phone you so you can confirm whats happening x

hi i have been to see the midwife today and baby is fine my iron reading was 9.4 so i have to take tabs for that they want to redo the test to make sure im getting the right medication and i dont need folic acid
