Last night baby was kicking so hard I was convinced he was gonna break my water and minute and was getting strong bh etc and now nothing again
I know I still officially got a while but I want him out cos of the SPD and I am fed up I don't even think all the bouncing and rlt is doing anything

Unfortunately the rlt and bouncing won't do anything to induce labour if you're body isn't ready. However it won't do any harm and at least gets him down in a great position x Fx though that something kicks off for you soon xx
