Grinding teeth

Hey my son has two bottom teeth and a middle and side top teeth he's begun grinding them I use dentanox and calpol as well as nurophen I don't know how to stop him doing it not only is it a horrible sound that sets me on edge it's also damaging the new teeth and bottom teeth he's chipped one slightly already and as normal can't get through to my Hv help please xxx

It is just because they're new to him. Once he is use to to the teeth being there he will stop. My little one did it for a few weeks when he first got his teeth, the sound went through me. x

It's bloody horrible I actually hate that sound and the feel of cotton wool those are my two most horrific things haha xxx
