grandmas and nannas

just wondered which is which! i always called both my grandmas "grandma" as i dont remember ever being with them both together and if i was referring to one i'd use their surname after "grandma" to indicate whom i was on about.

sadly though hubbys mum died last year before we got pregnant so lo will only have 1 gran/grandma/ nan/nanna.

i asked my mum what she wanted to be known as she said Nanna, my dad wants to be Grandpa and hubbys dad is Grandad.

Don't really know why it's just what they wanted to be called
