Got physio appointment tomorrow

Got my appointment tomorrow for physio to do with my spd
it hasnt been too bad just yet so i dont know if to cancel plus its my sons 2nd birthday tomorrow. not sure what to do.

I think with spd they say the earlier you get treatment the better the outcome. Saying that though I haven't had any for mine yet, it's still at the annoying rather than really painful stage at the moment so I haven't bothered.

Could you maybe rearrange it for a different day?

I hope your son enjoys his birthday tomorrow! He must be so excited getting two lots of presents one day after the other!
