Good day yesterday

We went to our 1st antenatal class which is a most of the day session and the 2nd one is next week. I was a bit nervous but it was good!

When we got home DH finished puting up the babys furniture so i am happy! I feel daft saying this but i was a bit upset as the nursery is the 3rd bedroom at the minute so we can still have guests in 2nd room, so is small and i just thought it looked like there was too much in a small room!. Think i have got used to i now though and i know we are lucky to have the option. (we have a cot bed, small wardrobe and drawers). Its just we had very little choice on how to lay it out. I am ok now though Think is just co i want evrything to be perfect!

sure it will be fine and it looks lovely, baby is only little anyway!

we had to lose our spare bed and buy a sofa bed as my DH uses our 3rd bedroom as an office (he works form home), so we had to compromise the other way. Not sure what will happen if anyone does come to stay as all the baby stuff is in the room, not sure guests will want to be woken up to the site of me changing a nappy at 3am!

aww nice , yea love to have our own place to get baby in her own room. but were living with my oh parents still cause we cant afford a place and our rooms tiny. have double bed cot, drawers and wardrobe. babys only has the bottom drawer and one of the little top ones.

It's great to get things sorted isn't it? I bet your little room looks just perfect for the baby. My LO will also be in the office/3rd bedroom. Now it looks quite packed with a chair/bed, little cupboard and the cot bed. No room for a wardrobe so it's just as well there's one built in already!

My home office desk is on wheels so it's going to move into my bedroom when the baby is older.
