I'm normally a complete chocaholic and could eat 2 or 3 bars a day but the last week or so I don't fancy it at all! On the other hand I normally hate bananas but really fancy one at the moment, its all so strange, my husband is wondering what I have done with his wife!xx

Lol, the baby wants what it wants!

My dad keeps asking me if I want HP sauce with my ice cream. I don't even eat ice cream lol. X

Aren't bananas the only source from what we get potassium? Not sure if that is true? Maybe your body needs that atm??

Don't knock it though, wish I craved bananas instead of crisps and chocolate lol

Bananas are one of the best sources of potassium but many other fruit and veg have potassium too, especially dried fruits like apricots, and many veg including broccoli etc. It's pretty easy to get in the diet :)
