going to the spa, sickness and stuff

So before I found out I was pregnant OH book the thermae spa in bath for me! Now I know ur not supposed to suse steam room or sauna but what about jacuzzi? Also I have a massage booked is that ok? I am going tomorrow eek!

Also I have found I feel sick in the car now it's weird we only have drive down the bottom of the road!

Also OH ate my easter egg! So mad!!

I work in a spa and we do a reduced cost for going around the spa as there are hardly anything you can use whilst pregnant. Our policy is no to Jacuzzi's, steam rooms, sauna's but check with the spa your going too and we don't do any massage on pregnant ladies unless it's a pregnancy massage but we only do them on ladies over 13 weeks.

Most gyms are the same so you will need to check, to much overheating like spa and sauna can cause a miscarriage. You might be able to get a special pregnancy massage though which will be lovely.

I feel really sick in the car, I don't like being a passenger anyway but now I have to drive and even then it makes me feel sick, I've been very close to throwing up on myself while driving loads of times! I put the windows right down, sip water and concertrait on the road!

They have a rooftop swimming pool so will use that instead!
