I didn't realise they were still doing them, my surgery haven't offered, aparantly "flu season" is coming to an end. Was this just your normal surgery?
I don't think it's something you can afford to take risks with, I had the swine flu jab with my last pregnancy (when the major outbreak was) can't believe my surgery isn't offereing them now.
I had to ask for mine as they tell people they don't have the vaccine. I had to day I was in the risk group and hey ho, I got the seine flu jab. They didn't have the seasonal one but it's the swine flu that's very dangerous
I had to ask for mine too and the doctors' receptionist was pretty snotty (but at my surgery that's pretty common!). It hurt for 2 days and I felt rotten, but I'm glad I had it as there's lots of colds etc going round work. Mine was only swine flu as well as they said they'd run out of the vaccine for seasonal.
