I'm going to a hotel with a spa and wondering what spa treatments can I get does anyone know plz?

I've booked into a spa in couple of weeks and they do a special pregnancy massage. I'm sure if you ring them, they will have something similar. I think they have special chairs so that you don't have to lie on your stomach, but they can still massage you. In the second trimester I believe that most treatments are OK providing they are qualified to massage pregnant women. x

Ok sounds great I know ur not meant to lie on ur back but does it do baby any harm lying on tummy or is it just uncomfortable

I have the tiniest bump, but I tried to lie on my tummy last night and it was HORRIBLE. I don't think it harms baby, but I wouldn't feel relaxed lying on my front.

Also, I would *love* a good old massage right now, feel very tense. I hope you enjoy yourself

I think it's jut uncomfortable. I'm sure if it's a popular spa they will have facilities for pregnant women.
