Getting my hair chopped off!!

My hair has been dropping out for about a month now... Everytime I wash it there is a handfull of hair in the plughole. Im suprised Im not bald already! It feels really thin and horrible, like I havnt had it cut for about 6 months, I only had it cut 3 weeks ago.

Ive decided to thicken it up a bit Im going to get it cut short to start again iykwim.

What do you think to this style? I think that is what Im getting. Im treating myself to it next week!
