getting induced?

hi any one got any idea whats the average they let you go over your due date before inducing you? just woundering whats the latest ild possible be having my baby if the due date is april

I think usually it is no more then 2 wks past your due date. After 42 wks your placenta starts to brake down and doesn't get the babys all the nutrients(sp?) it needs. Plus there is a much higher of stillbirth after 42wks.

hi my baby is due at the end of april and they av only givin me 4 days over my due date so i dont no i think its bout 2wekks but i cant b sure u shud ask ure midwife at ure next appointment she will tell ya
