Getting a 4 year old up for school.

I am looking for any advise as I'm at my wit's end. My 4 year old daughter is in pre-school and in the beginning she jumped out of bed and was ready in the blink of an eye. But now, it's hell, she point blank refuses to get up, she is late every morning and I'm losing my mind. I call her in plenty of time but she just keeps saying no.
She does love school and comes out happy everyday telling me all about her day but mornings are hell.
I appreciate all advise as I'm getting so frustrated.
P.s she goes to bed at 7.30 every night and I wake her at 7.45am

Try waking her earlier so she has more time to be grumpy! I wake my 2 up between 7-7.15 and they like to cuddle in for a few mins while they wake themselves up.

I agree with above, and maybe go to sleep a little earlier?

My eldest (6) is a right grump and having more time in the mornings definitely helps!

Try a reward chart or system like putting a marble in a jar if she is up by the 3rd time you call or get a big kids play clock and say when she should be up by. X
