I think cooking on the George Foreman would be ok - I tend to cook chicken with stock (homemade), in a curry etc or steam it. You do as you say with the freezing; leave to cool then freeze it. I take mine out the night before and leave it on the worktop, then put it in the fridge until I'm ready to use it. I reheat it until it's boiling hot, then leave it to cool a bit. You chuck away anything you don't use.

I think some people say that you should defrost it in the fridge, but I don't do it and Dylan's perfectly healthy x
 
I actually poach my chicken for lil one, as its much softer for ladybug to eat.
