Gaaaah!!! Worst foot cramp ever!!!

Gah. What is it with this foot and leg cramp?? Been rolling around in agnony for 10 mins (much to amusement of OH). Is labour going to be like this pain but everywhere else? Will it be worse?? Dear me...! :-S

Hun I totally empathise iv only had leg cramps on a few occasions and the pain omg in fact my leg felt crampy and Achey/bruised for days afterwards too walking on a cold floor and stretching the muscle also hot shower onto it can help I found stretching and massage the leg helped most to ease it big hugs xx

No u not a wuss I honestly said to hubby on return from business trip he was away when I had my cramps in leg that I wasn't sure I could do labour as I couldnt handle the pain of cramp he looked at me gave me a hug and then said ...well to be honest it's too late to say you can't now.... Lol I do love that man. X

Pull you toes towards your legs it really helps sometimes you can prevent it leading to the 'omg this is horrendous' pain lol.
