Hi just wondering what fruit I can give my LO. I have previously cooked, blended and frozen all her fruit. She's now on finger foods and ive given her bits of uncooked grape and plumb to chew on. Is this ok to do and what other uncooked fruits are allowed?

Thanks :D

Any really, pears are good as they are nice and soft, banana, blueberries, satsuma, strawberries, raspberries etc!

brilliant thanks. Can i give citris fruits such as oranges?

Galen has eaten pear sticks, kiwi slices, raspberries, banana and stewed apple. Tomorrow he has melon try.

Tried Talia with a kiwi slice today, she absolutely loved it and cried when it was all gone! Think i'll try her with pineaple chuncks tomorrow. :)

Yeah, you have to be careful with them and not give too much as they are acidic, the same for pineapple and kiwi, but they are fine.

I have given Cally most fruits. Her faves at the moment are pears and satsumas.

banana is good. any soft fruits, but not too acidic (pineapple, etc) maybe.

im still uneasy about apple- its too hard, i worry about choking still
