My Mum has picked me up Having A Healthy Pregnancy by Tommy's book from Asda. It's free and goes from trying to conceive right through to labour and birth. I think it is a really good book so I thought I would share.

You can get it free off the Internet too - go to the tommys website and they'll post it out to you. It is really good xx
