I am so upset and angry when I bought 3 sets of kids PJ in Asda online. The first thing is print colors came off and more serious is 2 of them found BROKEN NEEDLES!!! It hurt my mother and I am totally freak out how can a huge store would sold defective products like this?? The only thing I believe it happened because of its price is just 9 pounds per set. As a result no safety check take in place. Can anyone tell me what should I do to report this? I don't want other kids will get hurt of it!! I am new in UK and I don't know what should I do.
Take the clothes back and speak with a manager. Ask what they will do about this as it's a serious issue and tell them you want to make a formal complaint about it.
Yes I just sent them an email to complain they seems they will check. However the quality of this style is so bad and my thought is not to have others get hurt of it.
Probably a manufacturing issue as needles can break during sewing. Bit odd it's on both so raise it up with the manager and try get in contact with them on social media. It could happen so that they all end up being recalled and you will get your money refunded.
There must have been some problems during manufacturing. Any further word from them after saying they'll check?
They just give me 5 pound as a compensation however I concern more about product safety to public. This is a kids wear and if some kids worn and hurt this caused huge problem!
