Forcing food Down :(

    I've been feeling ok with no sickness since Saturday... Always kept small meals and snacks keeping me full... Since I went to the dentist yesterday i could hardly eat anything I can barely eat anything :( everything makes me feel queasy :( I don't feel like eating g but I us e to force something Down :(

    In short... I feel like crap

    Sorry to hear that jojo. Just persevere and eat what you can for the time being and hopefully you'll start feeling better soon. X

    i have some salmon and new potatoes for tonight which is kind of soft so i should manage that. :(

    it proves my theory about my lack of morning sickness was because i was eating small amounts when i was hungry.

    im a little better thisafternoon. now that i forced some spagetti down at lunch and a yoghurt and a banana and an orange lol im just topping up in small amounts

    id have mashed potato but for some reason mash and jacket potatoes make me sick - boiled potatoes seem fine though

    as does tomato soup for some reason

    Hi Ladies,

    I've felt absolutely awful today felt sick all day and was sick after I had my lunch earlier.

    Im the same.. i eat lots of little meals like grapes, bananas, soup, raisins, dried apricots.. but getting a proper meal down me is a different story. i have been really really sick this week and it's horrible because ive had work everyday too. i hope you get better soon, i think we're all with you on this one. my worry is that.. i already dont eat much.. but if im sick all the time.. it means no food is going in! ive lost 2 pounds this week despite eating more like a piggy than ever before. its shocking!
