Food tips?

    Hi ladies

    My top-tip for the day, enjoy a Petit Filous or 2. As I am one of those who is still sicky I am finding it hard to eat healthy stuff, but a petit filous is small enough to manage. It has vit D and Calcium, both of which my books go on and on about being good for me and baby. As the Advert says "helps bones grow strongerer!", and I want my bubba to have strong bones!! ;)

    Anyone got any other quick fixes?
    Any ideas are helpful as at the moment I seem stuck on plain couscous/noodles :roll:
