Hi,
Dont know if anyone could help me.
I have started pregnacare tablets been on them for a month now.
But ive recently seen his and hers conception tablets to help fall pregnant can I take both or do I have to stop pregncare. It doesnt say nothing on the leaflets that come with the tablets?

Don't take 2 tablets, you'll take more then the RDA x

You take either one or the other not both together.

They'll be really similar; it's mostly just the branding that's different. Take whichever's cheaper and save your money
