Folic acid

I have been taking Seven Seas Trying for a Baby tablets with folic acid, iron and vitamin D for many months, I would say approx 18 months. Does anyone know if there is a maximum length of time these should be taken for? At least I am well into remembering to take the tablet so it wont be a problem when I finally do get pregnant!
