Ok, flapjack receipe!

100g/4oz of margarine
1x15ml (1tbsp) golden syrup
100g/4oz sugar
50g/2oz oats
50g/2oz self raising flour
75g/3oz crushed cornflakes (i didnt use these in mine as we had none in!)

1. Melt the margarine and syrup together gently.
2. Mix together the dry ingrediants, pour on the hot mixture and mix together well.
3. Spread evenly in a greased baking tin and press down firmly.
4. Bake in a moderatly hot oven, 190oc, 375 , gas mark 5 for about 20 mins.
5. Cut in to fingers while still warm.

hope it works!!!

i know it's early, but i wanted to check so that i could tell you if it was still soft or not :fib:
