First (official) scan tomorrow

I've got my dating scan tomorrow morning and I can't help but feel a bit nervous. I've had a couple of scans already as I've had bleeds and all was fine then, but still I can't help but worry. All the signs are there, morning (noon and evening) sickness, exhaustion, hormonal and so on, plus an expanding waist line. Who said pregnant women blossom! I'm a bag of nerves!
