First AF question?!?

Hey girls

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place? I started my first AF since LO last Monday and I'm still really heavy now 9 days later! Can anyone remember their first one after LO and if this is normal?

I would say its normal, mine went on for 20 days, and was heavy for most of it!
I wouldnt worry!

Yeah same. Mine lasted longer than usual (which I think was just over a week) and it was shockingly heavy. I still went for a run though Not the smartest idea Ive ever had.
