feet to foot

Just a quickie ladies Is it ok to out baby in the cot NOT in the feet to foot position when she is in a grobag?? Reason being that usually I co sleep but im finding im sleeping more heavier and it doesnt feel safe anymore so ive taken down the side off the cot and put it right next to my bed(no gaps) and because she is so used to sleeping this way round and seeing my head, im hoping that she might settle finger crossed.

I would say yes as the feet to foot position is to stop the baby from crawling under the bed sheets and there wont be any as you said she will be in a grobag!

i put milliepops in the middle of the cot. she doesnt wriggle down.

Yeah if she is in a grow bag its fine. No chance of her wriggling under the covers.

Well we lasted all of 2 hours of her wide awake LOL then I thought sod it so i put her on the bed with me an lo and behold fast asleep!!! Cheeky buggar Im not giving up though gonna try again tonight.

Thanks for the advice, i still kept her in the grobag but on top of my duvet. HAHAHAHA Ill keep you all informed.
