Hi everyone.

Hope you are all well. Just got a quick query for u ladies.

For the past couple of hours i have been feeling very winded and wondered if anyone else has experienced this in early pregnancy and if its normal? It seemed to feel a little bit more intense when i stood up.

Thanks
Amy xx

Hi Amy,

I haven't experienced it. Has it eased today? Hope your feeling better

Hi Amy,
I think I know what you mean, I have felt similar the last 2 days, like I can't really catch my breathe when i am not doing anything particulary extensie, and had to take some deep breathes . I read somewhere something about how your heart beats faster when you are pregnant, especially early stages. I wonder if it could be something to do with that?
Are you feeling any better today?

I've had this too, I have to stop for a minute and take a few deep breaths because it feels like I've been holding my breath. I read up on it and its normal in early pg as your heart is beating faster and you need more oxygen than you cam take in at the mo. Dont worry though because your chest expands naturally to compensate for this.

We're due date buddies yay! ^_^ <3
