feeling very strange

i have been in college today and i have had to come home early, i have had teh strangest feelings all day

im burning up, i feel a bit sick, im not sure if im going to pass out or not, feel both light headed but heavy headed at teh same time, im very tired and im not sure if im hungry or not lol, i have never had all these things at once, its horrible and strange!

any of you felt like this?

 

Have been feeling like this for the last few days and they keep telling me my BP is low and that I should try to eat little bits during the day and rest a bit. Try not to do too much if BP low.
