Not feeling great today, really sore & uncomfortable. Went for a sleep but woke up feeling worse, just having a bad day I guess. think an early night & tomorrow is a new day.
I know this feeling too well, I'm feeling like an old lady today, all my bones are killing and just feel really pants.
Hoping a new day will make it better
