Feeling 'meh'

Feeling a little crap today. Drained, tired, no energy and breathless. And the heat really doesnt help. Was suck this morning in work, made me a little better but again i think its due to the heat. Im dreading the next couple of weeks as temperatures are soaring into 30oC aagghh!!!! Xxx

Because of my working hours i dont have lunch. I work til half 2. But i think im gonna have to start bringing a sandwich and crisps or something to keep me going. Especially in this heat!! Xxx
